What is GROW Moment?

GROW Moment is a daily self-measurement practice in a web app. Each evening you give the day a level from 0 to 5 and write one short note — about thirty seconds — and the day is then closed. Aris, the coach built into the app, reads what you wrote and answers.

Can I edit or backfill a check-in?

Accepted Answer

No. A check-in is one per day and final. Once the day is confirmed it cannot be edited, re-scored or filled in later. That is deliberate: a record you can revise afterwards is not a measurement of anything, and the streak and the index both rest on it.

Question 3

What do the levels from 0 to 5 mean?

They describe the day, not the person: 0 Critical (breakdown), 1 Low (imbalance), 2 Standard (you held your standard), 3 Pro (you changed, not just performed), 4 Ultra (the change became an achievement), 5 Premium (your grow made someone else grow). The standard a level is measured against is one you write yourself.

What happens if I miss a day and break my streak?

The view resets and the data does not. A broken run shows no days and no index, but every check-in you have ever written stays in your account. What a missed day costs is the running count, not the history.

What does membership cost, and what happens if I cancel?

One membership at one price, billed monthly or annually, with identical access either way — there are no tiers and no feature behind the annual plan. The current figures and what cancelling does are on the pricing page.
